结构说明
1、 泵的吸入口和排出口位于泵壳的下部,水平的安置现在两侧,与泵的轴线成90度角.泵体成水平中开式,便于将其拆开,检修时无需拆下电机和管路,操作极为方便.
2、 泵的主要零件有:泵座、泵盖、两级叶轮、泵轴、轴承座和密封环等.
3、 本泵的主要结构:两个叶轮用叶轮挡套和轴套螺母固定在泵轴上,为了减少压出室的液体漏入吸入室,在两个叶轮的吸入口处装有密封环.泵轴的支承,靠联轴器一端采用两个单列向心推力球轴承,另一端采用两个单列向心球轴承.轴承采用油脂润滑或稀油润滑.单列向心推力球轴承除承受转子的径向力外,同时还承受对称配置叶轮自然平衡后剩余部分的轴向推力.在轴承下部设有一个真空室,必要时(轴承温度超过许用温度)可往其中灌入冷却水,以冷却轴承.所输送的液体进入第一级叶轮,经第一级叶轮排出口液体沿着内流道进入第二级叶轮,再经第二级叶轮排出到出水管内.在泵的最高位置又一个四方螺塞塞住的螺孔,供泵在开动前联接真空泵以抽出空气将水引入泵壳内.本泵由电机通过弹性联轴器直联传动.
4、 泵的密封形式一般采用填料密封;吸入端装有填料环,吸入端填料所需密封、润换水由泵的第一级排出室通过水封管接入填料环内,水量的大小可以通过阀调整;排出端填料所需润滑水,则是靠第二级叶轮进水室的高压水自行润滑.当对密封性能要求较高时,可选用机械密封,机械密封由动环、静环、压紧元件和密封元件组成.

Structure description
